Big building under SR management. The hallways are disgusting with so many stains. Theres always leaks in the hallway that cause mold that they just continuously paint over to avoid. When we first moved in the hallway reeked of cat piss and nothing was done about it. Management is not responsive in the slightest and when they do respond it’s half assed. Maintenance is nice but they dont give you a heads up when coming which is annoying and the emergency help line is NEVER answered. Over all, our actual unit is large and a loft which is unique for Hoboken. The appliances are old and some falling a part but they work so whatever
