You sign in once, privately
We use your account only to make sure each renter posts one review per unit. Your email and identity never leave the auth layer. They are never joined to your review row in the database.

Verification without exposure
To earn a ✓ Verified badge, you can upload a lease photo. We OCR the address, confirm it matches, then discard the image. The badge appears. Nothing tying the document to you is kept.

Real addresses, real units
Buildings and unit numbers are public. Reviews are pinned to a specific unit (e.g. 3C at 240 Washington) so future renters get the truth about the apartment they're actually touring, not a vague building average.
What we never do
- · Show your name, email, or avatar next to a review.
- · Store a foreign key from reviews to your user account.
- · Let anyone, including us, look up who wrote a review.
