Loved the south-facing windows — got real morning light. Landlord answered texts within hours and fixed the radiator the same day in January. Only downside: bar across the street gets rowdy on Saturdays.
Top floor walk-up, no elevator. Quiet, lots of light, decent landlord. Would rent again if I never had to carry groceries again.
Pretty solid building. Heat is a little inconsistent on the top floors but management is responsive. Got it for $3,100 in 2022 — would be more now.
