The building is not well taken care of. It takes a while for maintenance to fix things. My unit is really old. The hardwood floors are peeling. The walks look like they have 18 layers of paint. Since you’re on the first floor, there’s a decent bit of noise from the sidewalk and people also coming in and out of the building. Also, there’s a weird second door in the bedroom to access the apartment. It’s fine if u need an apartment but probably nicer options out there.
