This place was the most disgusting apartment i have ever lived in. Basically a glorified frat house. We had a crazy rat/mouse problem and the management company basically told us it’s our problem to deal with and they wouldnt help at all. We hit a point where we were catching 2 mice a day for multiple months. It is above farside tavern so year round all you hear is the bar until 2 am even over a loud window AC unit. First time trying to use the oven after move in we had a crazy fire because the tenants before us left oven mitts in the broiler and it took them almost our whole lease to get a new working oven and take out the burnt old one. Things were always breaking/ hanging by a thread, our bathroom door came off the hinges 3 separate times from rotting wood so there were periods where we had to use the bathroom with the door open and it was a 3 bed 1 bath. When it was a couple months before the end of our lease we tried to stay because it was cheap and they told us we were not allowed to renew our lease with no explanation and that we had to be moved out by 4pm and no where in our lease did it state that… so we legally had the apartment until 11:59pm and they kept threatening through email to the point where i had to get legal involved. Maintenance was an ex con who lived an hour away and could only come at 11 pm on the weekdays and would stay for hoursss
